Head of Business Development
Full time position in 90 North’s London office, but with frequent international travel.
- Leading on implementation of 90 North’s placement process.
- Utilising existing Relationship Managers in the delivery of such strategy.
- Diversifying capital raising outside of the Middle East to institutional and private client investors.
- Providing assistance to product areas and finance where necessary to ensure the closing of funds, strategies and transactions.
- Oversight and interrogation of CRM system and reporting to senior management and board.
Candidate should have:
- Passion, precision and perseverance.
- 10+ years’ real estate equity raising experience, including commitments for discretionary mandates and/or funds.
- Solid understanding of different real estate investment structures.
- A proven network of investor contacts outside of the Middle East.
- Excellent communication skills.
