Job Description

Full time position in 90 North’s London office, but with frequent international travel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading on implementation of 90 North’s placement process.
  • Utilising existing Relationship Managers in the delivery of such strategy.
  • Diversifying capital raising outside of the Middle East to institutional and private client investors.
  • Providing assistance to product areas and finance where necessary to ensure the closing of funds, strategies and transactions.
  • Oversight and interrogation of CRM system and reporting to senior management and board.

Skills

Candidate should have:

  • Passion, precision and perseverance.
  • 10+ years’ real estate equity raising experience, including commitments for discretionary mandates and/or funds.
  • Solid understanding of different real estate investment structures.
  • A proven network of investor contacts outside of the Middle East.
  • Excellent communication skills.
