Having established 90 North with Philip, Nick until recently oversaw the key real estate investment and investor relations functions of the business. As the scale and diversity of the business continues to grow, Nick is now largely focused on maintaining and growing the Middle East investor relationship base and capital raising for new transactions.

He started his career at Knight Frank qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991. He has 30 years of real estate experience in diverse roles. Working with Gulf investors since 2000 across various investment roles at Capital Trust and Unicorn Investment Bank, Nick lived and worked in the Middle East from 2007 to 2011.

Nick holds a BSc in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University, and an MBA from the OU in London.
