90 North Real Estate Partners LLC (“90 North”) is pleased to announce the long-term lease extension at the North American headquarters of Saint Gobain located in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The lease extension extends the global building materials manufacturer’s commitment to its state-of-the-art, LEED Platinum-certified campus to close to two decades.

Saint Gobain occupies Buildings 1, 2, and 3 at the Malvern campus, serving as the sole occupant of the modern, amenity-rich facility. Since its opening, the campus has been a model for environmentally responsible workplace design.
