90 North Bolsters Asset Management Team

90 North is delighted to announce that George Salisbury has joined as an Associate within its United Kingdom and Continental Europe asset management team. This recruitment was made in response to the increased demands of managing properties during COVID-19 and growing assets under management, including new student accommodation properties in Edinburgh and Leicester.

George is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, has a 1st Class Honours degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and joined from Knight Frank, where he developed his skills across a number of departments, including time within both the healthcare and student accommodation teams.

The pandemic restrictions provided their own challenges, with Philip Churchill, Founder and Managing Partner commenting: “We warmly welcome George to 90 North, who demonstrated during the recruitment process the passion, precision and perseverance that we seek in new members of the team. This was particularly impressive given that all meetings were conducted by video, with George being the first person we’ve recruited before having actually met them in person.”
