Estates Gazette – L’Oréal sheds ‘worth it’ in Notts

A Middle Eastern client of 90 North Real Estate Partners has bought a L’Oréal shed at Sherwood Park in Nottingham from a private syndicate of investors advised by Cushman & Wakefield. The 126,000 sq ft shed is the main distribution facility for L’Oréal’s Luxe product range in the UK.
