This achievement highlights a resurgence in tenant confidence and underscores the value of our active and engaged approach to asset management.

Our strategy of early engagement and close collaboration with local partners has been instrumental. By working flexibly with retailers to meet their evolving needs – whether relocating, upsizing, or downsizing within the park – we have secured agreements with six tenants across 62,000 sq. ft. These deals, which include two new 10-year lettings and a 5-year renewal, will generate a combined rental income approaching £1,000,000 annually.

This proactive and adaptable management style has not only helped our tenants future-proof their businesses but has also fostered strong, positive landlord-tenant relationships. The result is a vibrant and resilient retail environment, attracting new brands and encouraging reinvestment from existing partners. As the market shifts from caution to recovery, our hands-on approach continues to deliver tangible results and turn optimism into lasting value.
