90 North Real Estate Partners announced the appointment of Jay Pacelli to the position of Assistant Vice President of Transactions, continuing the firm’s expansion both in terms of staff and portfolio. The addition of Pacelli comes as 90 North announced its $127 million acquisition of the Lenovo Enterprise Campus, three buildings totaling 485,536 square feet in Raleigh, North Carolina.

90 North Real Estate Partners is a London-based, international real estate investment management and advisory firm. In October 2014, 90 North announced the opening of its North American operations and the appointment of Daniel Cooper to lead those efforts. Later, the firm announced its first acquisition, an interest in the four story, 175,155-square-foot Class A office building in Denver, CO that is occupied by the FBI; the acquisition of The Reserve at Deer Park, a seven-story, 351,425-square-foot office building in Deer Park, IL; and the appointment of Marty Ahern to Vice President.
“We are very excited about the transactions 90 North has made in a short period of time,” said Daniel Cooper, Head of North American operations for 90 North. “We continue to see great opportunities for North American investments and know that an expanded team that includes Jay and Marty will help us build momentum as we evaluate opportunities to invest another $500 million or more in real estate investments.”

Pacelli focuses on the legal and transactional aspects of identifying, analyzing, structuring, financing, closing, managing and profitably exiting North American real estate investments for 90 North. He has an extensive educational and professional background covering all phases of the real estate investment life cycle.

Before joining 90 North, Pacelli worked on asset management and legal issues at Cohen Financial, a national real estate capital services company and originator of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. During his tenure at Cohen Financial, he held a variety of roles within the Asset Management and Investor Services platforms of the firm.
