Later, the firm announced its first acquisition, an interest in the four story, 175,155-square-foot Class A office building in Denver, CO that is occupied by the FBI; the acquisition of The Reserve at Deer Park, a seven-story, 351,425-square-foot office building in Deer Park, IL; and the appointment of Marty Ahern to Vice President.
