Return to Work Offices Secure WELL Health-Safety Ratings

90 North is delighted to announce that two of our US properties have achieved WELL Health-Safety ratings. The Reserve at Deer Park, Chicago and General Electric HQ, Cincinnati have both received the rating due to their excellent preparation for re-entry in a post Covid-19 environment and into the future, instilling confidence and trust in occupants and the broader community.

There are 6 concepts that the WELL Health-Safety rating focuses on: indoor air and water quality, cleaning and sanitation procedures, health service resources, emergency preparedness, stakeholder engagement and communication and innovation. Both properties met testing requirements in all 6 fields.

At 90 North, we are committed to making environmental changes. At The Reserve, we will soon be completing a project to replace all lights in the car park with LED fixtures. This will help decrease environmental damage by 452,214 pounds of CO_2. Removing those quantities of pollutants from the air will have the same effect as planting 72 acres of trees.
