Following the recent expansion of long-standing retailer Mountain Warehouse into a larger unit at Crossley Retail Park in Kidderminster, an opportunity was created to introduce a new occupier to the scheme. This has resulted in the completion of a new lease with Jollyes, one of the UK’s leading pet retailers, which operates more than 100 stores nationwide.
In addition, lease renewals have been secured with existing occupiers Lee Longlands and Pets at Home on favourable terms, reflecting continued retailer confidence in the park’s strong performance and long-term prospects.
