90 North are pleased to announce the completion of three significant leases totalling just under 100,000 sq.ft at The Sauchiehall Building, reinforcing the property’s position as a key destination in the City.
Primark and Superdrug, both fantastic and longstanding tenants within the scheme, have extended their leases beyond 2026. This commitment will take both tenants occupation at the property to more than 25 years, underlining the continued appeal of The Sauchiehall Building.
The scheme is also pleased to welcome Roxy Leisure, who will bring an exciting new food, beverage and bowling offer to the site while also making a long-term commitment to the property.
Sauchiehall Street is also set to benefit from the forthcoming Fusion PBSA development, located directly adjacent to The Sauchiehall Building. Due to open in 2027, the development will accommodate more than 600 and is expected to act as a catalyst for the continued transformation of Sauchiehall Street.
